We farm 950 acres and milk about 450 cows. About 1000 animals live here.

Our milk goes to Dairy Farmers of America, who distributes where needed within 100 miles. This is a multi generation family dairy. We love our land and are constantly researching the best way to care for what we have been trusted with. Here to share our journey with you.

We stopped using rodenticide to control pest populations about 5 years ago. We unfortunately saw first hand what secondary poisoning does to local wildlife. We switched to traps, noise machines and essential oils to keep pests away.

This winter we finally have a hawk back on the farm. It's a welcomed sight as Nathan feeds in the morning.

This one hawk can eat up to 1400 rodents/birds a year, far more than we will trap.

A healthy ecosystem requires balance, not annihilation. 🦅🚫🐀
