Harvest Intern Wanted!

Love fermentation? Enjoy controlled chaos? Inspired by local agriculture and killer food?

We’re looking for a curious and motivated individual to join us for the 2026 harvest.

Our harvest runs from Labor Day through early November. You can expect 15-20 non-consecutive 8-hour days receiving apples, pressing juice and managing fermentations. We will develop a consistent schedule closer to harvest.

At Son of Man, we spend most of our time focused on making the best cider we possibly can. Four times a year, we stop, open the doors, and throw a big party complete with long pours and a delicious wood-fired meal.

These days matter to us. It’s a reminder of what this is all about, and a nod to the Basque Country, the place that inspired the whole project, where the steaks are big, the cider gets poured straight from the tank (and sometimes onto the floor), and you always leave with a few new friends.

We’ve got another Txotx! party this Saturday and we’re busy getting things ready now. We can’t wait to host everyone.
