🏖️ BEACH HUT LOVE! AUGUST TUTORIAL BY MANU! 🏖️

Summer isn’t over yet! ☀️Manu biscotti decorati is back with a new Made by Manu tutorial, and this time she’s giving her clever 3-D cookie box a colorful beach makeover!

Using the same construction as her 3-D Pencil Cookie Box, Manu transforms it into the sweetest little beach hut, complete with striped royal icing, rope borders, a heart transfer, and space inside for treats or a special message. I love how one construction can become something completely different with just a little imagination! 💙

I’m so excited to share my first Saturday Spotlight as the new owner of Cookie Connection! It feels especially meaningful to begin with such a sweet collection of baby-themed cookies. 💛

Cookie Connection is back online! ❤️🍪

I’m so happy—and honestly a little emotional—to welcome everyone back to the refreshed site.

During the downtime, Julia M Usher and I worked together on the behind-the-scenes updates needed to prepare Cookie Connection for its upcoming ownership transition, while keeping the site familiar and preserving the wonderful history, knowledge, and community already here.

I’m deeply honored to be preparing to officially step into the role of Cookie Connection’s next owner and host on July 28, and incredibly grateful to Julia for creating this special community and trusting me to become part of its future.

Please come back in, take a look around, reconnect with the community, and read the full welcome post on the site.

One quick transition note: we expect another brief period of downtime in mid-August while the site moves to its new domain. We’ll share the exact timing in advance.
