A pepperoni roll is made with thin slices of pepperoni baked into and oval shape about the size of a hot dog bun. The dough is semi-sweet and not tough or hard like pizza crust. This sweet dough combined together with the spicy pepperoni creates a delicious culinary treat. They are great to pack in school lunches, tail gates, snacks, or whenever and where ever!
