π· Spring has sprung, but here in New England, March still has a chill of its own. On days like this, thereβs something comforting about a warm cup in your hands. See recipe below for our take on a classic London Fog which feels like the perfect bridge between seasons. Warmer days are coming! π
Vanilla London Fog
** Pour a cup of boiling water over an Earl Grey tea bag and let it steep for 3β5 minutes along with a teaspoon of culinary lavender.
** While the tea is steeping, heat and froth Β½ cup of milk until it's light and foamy.
** Remove the tea bag and stir in a Β½ teaspoon of Autumn Lane Pure Bourbon Vanilla Extract or Mount Williams Original Vanilla Flavor along with a teaspoon of honey (if preferred) for sweetness.
** Pour the frothed milk on top and add a light sprinkle of lavender.
