🙌 Breaking news from Kumaon! 🙌 This week, while Raj is on-location, we got the farmer trust officially registered! This is the legal entity that will allow local farmers to have their ownership shares of the factory we're going to co-own with them. ⁠

🍃And with that, after a 2 year process involving many, many lawyers and documents flying (literally) back and forth across the ocean, all the legal entities are set up! In short, we're laying the legal foundations for creating a new system of making tea. Cheers to change! 🎉⁠
