Pasture served the last sandwiches last Saturday. Today is our goodbye party. While I wouldn't do it again, building out and opening a restaurant or any small business is no small thing. It sure makes you realize what is and isn't important in life. If you're around today, the party starts at 3, come by and say hello! For those of you who have come in to support the shop over the years, I have the utmost gratitude for your patience, joy, and smiles ☺️. It's for you that people in the food industry do the grueling work we do day in and day out.

For those of you who came in with scowls, impatience, entitlement, and a desire to inflict your scorn on the world through bad reviews or mouth breathing...you can F**k off! It's just a sandwich, what is wrong with you???

The breasts are stuffed with a duck sausage under the skin and slowly smoked until medium rare. Serve cold as charcuterie or reheat as a roast!!!
