Spontaneous fermentation, Malvasia grape, and Italian beer all meet in one of our newest offerings from Italy in 's Settembre. Brewed with organic northern Italian grapes, this beer underwent secondary fermentation to provide a vinous acidity finely balanced by its malt backbone. The RSVP Spirit of the Month is a little cray-cray... something you’ve probably never seen before… and, frankly, you might never see again. It’s Sweetgrass Farm Rhubarb Smash Liqueur!

Made right here in Maine with 90% Maine rhubarb and 10% elderberries, it’s bright, juicy, tart… and ridiculously mixable. Try a Rhubarb and Rye Sour… mix it with gin and cranberry… or just add club soda for an easy summer spritzer.

And if you love it like we do? Stock up. Because when it's gone? It's gone. You've been warned. :)

The RSVP wine of the month is, uh, a horse of a different color... orange! :)

The Côté Mas Orange Vin de France.

It’s a juicy, delicious blend of Grenache Blanc, Grenache Gris and Macabeu, with bright notes of orange, grapefruit and fresh flowers.

Medium-bodied, loaded with succulent fruit, and a creamy finish... what's not to like? It’s French. It’s orange. It’s delicious. C'est magnifique! :)

It’s Oktoberfest season! And what a coincidence... the RSVP beer of the month is... Oktoberfest, from Baxter Brewing! :)

A smooth, malty amber Märzen with notes of toasted bread, caramel, and a little nuttiness... Full-bodied, balanced, and dangerously drinkable!

Pair Oktoberfest with bratwurst, roasted chicken, pretzels (natch)… and stock up, so you can do Novemberfest, Decemberfest, and even 2027fest! :)

Today we welcomed a really cool collaboration beer between Portland's own and the great brew crew from Ohio, . Against the Tide is a monstrous bourbon barrel aged stout that clocks in at 14.2% Aged in a blend of Elijah Craig and Heaven Hill barrels for 16 months, this beer carries a ton of barrel complexities that are layered against a cholately and rich malty backbone and drinks amazingly smooth for the strength it carries.

A very cool cider from Angus at just arrived on our shelf that you cider lovers are not going to want to miss! A cidre de feu, the first part of this blend was created in 2021 by boiling down the juice of Pewaukee, Tolman Sweet, Winter Banana, and Sweet Red apples, then blending it in 2022 and again in 2023 with different heirloom and wild apple varieties. The result is Bard, a semi-dry cider cuvée with a ton of complex and delicious flavors, all wrapped in a sneaky smooth 11% package.

We are very excited to welcome back the great beers from the Canadian brew crew at today! We landed two fantastic beers that are perfect to end your summer with in Solstice d'Été Framboise and Rosée d'Hibiscus. Canadian craft beer has been increasingly difficult to get, so we can't wait for you to get to try these delicious offerings from this Québécois brewery!
