🌰 From pistachio to jar, there’s a lot of intention behind .

Co-founders Francine and Nico thoughtfully source their pistachios directly from the farmer, then turn them into Pistakio’s signature spreads—including their crunchy variety made with crushed pistachios and quinoa puffs.

What started as a college project has grown into a local business with production now based in Salem, Oregon, supported by a community that values local makers and the care behind what they create. 💚
