Shopping small means you get the finest, truly small batch options!

Pictured here is a blend of cow/sheep/goat milk, lovingly aged and ripened with cider lees from apples grown on the same farm.

This is inspired by Reblochon, which you rarely will find in our country (unless it's "accidentally" shipped our way).

This cheese is succulent, with a heady nose and deliciously long finish.

We don't have much of it. Come grab one if you like a cheese that's a tad more pronounced or possibly Stanley.

Thanks to our friends The Farm at Doe Run. They are making some of the most astonishing soft-ripened cheeses I've tried.
