Something about the beginning of Fall really brings the cheddar into our shop. Maybe it's the apples, ripe for the pickin'?!

Speaking of apples, one of my favorite interactions is when a customer comes in and asks for a cheddar to go with apples. I always make sure to say "what kind of apple?", because the world of apples is just as fascinating as the world of cheese. There's so much to learn and gobble up, both figuratively and mentally.

Speaking of learning, our first CHEDDAR 101 is coming up! Thursday 10/15, hosted by me in our shop. Tickets should go quickly, so hit the link in our bio (or check Eventbrite!)

All cheddar (or cheddary) focused. I won't pour w**e... It doesn't go with cheddar. C***r yes, b**r yes. Good times, always.

As I build cheese plates in the mornings, I always feel grateful for being part of our community's special days. Also, knowing we use only the most delicious cheeses, picked at *peak perfection* really drives home why we do what we do.

We are so thankful to have a member of our team spend time Uplands Cheese for the second year in a row. Last year was Will, this year Jason is there wrapping Rush Creek Reserve, joining in on cheese makes and milkings & walking the pastures with Andy. We are so lucky to have these opportunities to get to know our products and the people (and animals!) who make them better. After today, Jason is on to Blakesville Creamery for some sheep and goat time!
