2023 Caviar Cowboy
Willamette Valley Yamhill-Carlton AVA

Every other year we get a minuscule amount of Huxelrebe. Typically we throw it in “The Void,” but in 2023 we made an 80/20 Chardonnay/Huxelrebe.

This wine is made for caviar.

Nose: sagebrush, worn leather, high desert
Palate: rainbow sherbet, cream savers, yuzu
Finish: white chocolate, Portuguese egg tart

2023 Gamay Blanc de Noir
Willamette Valley Yamhill-Carlton AVA

During the 2023 harvest we were lucky enough to get some really nice Gamay. It was late in the season and perfectly ripe so we direct pressed it and made a completely out of control white wine.

I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Nose: guava passion fruit, pineapple, ocean breeze

Palate: mango smoothie, big honking heirloom tomato, tamarind, lime, pineapple tomatillo

Finish: pure clean acid impeccably balanced with saline creaminess
