Bauman's Cider Bauman Farms was homesteaded by my Great-Grandpa in 1895. Stories of friends and family sharing his cider were my inspiration for making cider today.

The blending of modern hard cider making with the best of traditional methods – perfected on the family farm spanning five generations. We strive to use as much fruit and ingredients from the farm as possible, and when we can’t we use only locally sourced Oregon products. Huber’s Cafe, Portland’s Oldest Restaurant, will be collaborating with Bauman’s Century Farm C***r for a special tasting
dinner. This three course meal is paired with four different c***rs from Bauman’s selection.
Bauman’s head c***rmaker, Christine Walter, will be in the dining room to guide guests through each of our dinner pairings and to answer any questions. Three course dinner, four c***r tastings, and server gratuity are included.

John’s Marketplace, 3560 SE Powell Blvd., Portland

Cheers to the Land kicks off at John's Marketplace with a b**r fest pouring 15 Cheers to the Land releases, a pop-up farmers market featuring Oregon growers, and a chance to meet the brewers. B**r fest tickets are $25 and include a commemorative glass and 8 sampling tickets. B**r fest admission is 21+. Tickets and information available Oregon Agricultural Trust

The pop-up farmers market is free and open to the public — no ticket required. Expect fresh vegetables, preserves, pumpkins, and Oregon food specials from the John’s Marketplace Grill Trailer.
