We enjoy encouraging our customers to try something different and today we have exactly that in our fish case!

Lookdown Fish has a delicate texture and a mild buttery flavor.
Grill it whole with an Asian inspired marinade or sauté fillets in a lemon butter sauce.
Either way it’s delicious!
