Back to school is a slower time of year for us, so we are shaking it up all week with wings! Cold smoked for hours, then tallow fried and tossed in our spicy white sauce. So good! 10/$12.

Portland Mercury Burger Week kicks off Wednesday at 11:00 am!

Our secret weapon, disgruntled employee and French Laundry alum, Chef Leather Storrs is back at it again! This year he is taking us on a romp through the French Alps with his “Mont Dew” Burger.

The Mont Dew Burger is meant to evoke romanic alpine, fireside snacking, containing a half pound house ground prime brisket patty, caramelized onion, melty Gruyere cheese, French Onion aioli, pickles and potato chips.
