This time of year saving the seeds from my harvest is just as important as the harvest itself.

I always hope to preserve the seeds either for use or continuation of particular healthy and large veggies.

Like a chaotic squirrel storing nuts for winter I will leave seeds everywhere - drying out - on napkins or paper towels. It can get a bit crazy and takes up way too much counter space .

Last year my well meaning hubby accidentally tossed a bunch of seeds I had drying on paper towels when he was cleaning the kitchen. In his defense it did look like trash— so I understand why. @

This year some beans accidentally fell into this extra quail egg carton— and it gave me an idea! This is a great place to save seeds until I can organize them!

So just sharing in case anyone else is saving seeds !
