I have a lot of food allergies. So my style of cooking has to be from scratch or homemade. I have to read labels constantly. Those who love me and know me will start to read the labels with me. Its awesome. Consequently, this has caused me to create and make more healthy and wholesome food choices. My style is on the order of Rachael Ray and the Barefoot Contessa. but a little bit lighter. My favo

rites over the years have also been the Frugal Gourmet and the Galloping Gourmet. Who taught me how to cook at a very young age. By the time I was 11... I was taking over the cooking in the house upon request of one of my older brothers who was a very picky eater. Cooking is not something I do everyday... but if someone asks me to "make it for them" I am more than happy to. I have been also known to make homemade beers and ciders. Its all for fun and enjoyment and not meant for me to be slaving away in the Kitchen every day.
