If you love breakfast for dinner, try dinner for breakfast!

I steamed the sweet potatoes in wet paper towels in the microwave before slicing and searing the flesh in a hot pan. Leftover brisket, a few baby broccoli spears and a fried egg and you have a healthy, hearty and delicious meal in less than 15 minutes!

Potato & turkey sausage hash for breakfast — 5 ingredients, completely dairy-free, and honestly better than anything I used to make with cheese on top.

Potatoes, turkey sausage, onion, cabbage, mushrooms. That's it!

This heats up beautifully and makes an equally tasty lunch or dinner.
