Donkey Kick

1.5 oz Barr Hill Gin 25 oz Green Charetreuse 25 oz Suze 25 oz Genepy de Alps 75 oz Lime Juice
3 dashes Owl and Whale Lemongrass Bitters
2 oz Reed’s Extra Ginger Brew

Method: Shake first six ingredients over ice. Strain into Collins Glass. Add dirty ice. Add Ginger Beer.

Garnish: Lemongrass stalk + Lime wheel + Candied ginger.

1 oz. Night Water Dark Rum
1 oz. Contratto Aperitif5 oz. Lime Juice5 oz. Papaya Mint Syrup5 oz. Pineapple Juice
3 dashes Owl & Whale Lemongrass Bitters

Method: Shake all ingredients over ice. Double strain over crushed ice.

Garnish: Mint Bunch + Stirrer + Lime wheel + metal Straw.

2 dashes Owl & Whale Whisky Barrel Aged Cherry Bitters

Method: Stir all ingredients over ice. Strain into Coupe.

Garnish: Gold leaf-wrapped cherry

1 oz. Brugal Anejo5 oz. Ancho Reyes5 oz. Sriracha Mango Syrup5 oz. Lime Juice5 oz. Pineapple Juice
3 dashes Owl & Whale Hot Pepper Bitters

Method: Shake all ingredients over ice. Strain into rocks glass. Add large cube: 10 % Pineapple Juice + 10 % Lime Juice + 10% Brugal Anejo + 70% water

Garnish: Fresno Pepper sliced in half.

Garnish: The peel of an entire lemon lying about like a lazy snake.
