Tender, juicy pork carnitas with crispy caramelized edges…Yes, PLEASE! 🌮 We’ve got a gluten-free, dairy-free, and high-protein recipe on hand!

These aren't your average carnitas. Charred poblano peppers, fresh citrus, and whole warm spices transform tough pork cuts into melt-in-your-mouth bites of craveable goodness!

A few secrets? Pre-salting (dry-brine) for at least an hour but preferably overnight. Low braising until fork-tender. And finally, crisping these flavorful bits of meat under the broiler or pan-frying until its golden brown from rendering in its own fat.
