Urban Farm Collective The UFC brings neighbors together to transform vacant lots into productive neighborhood food gardens

As of 2016, we have 12 gardens in N, NE, and SE Portland and are discussing ways to develop the model so that we can share it with your neighborhood! We hope to see an Urban Farm Collective in every neighborhood in Portland.
