This collapsible cookie rack is something I use EVERY SINGLE TIME I decorate cookies! It’s perfect for stacking your cookies in front of a fan to dry without having cookie trays taking over your entire kitchen.

These little things are a cookier’s BEST FRIEND. I use mine constantly for popping air bubbles, moving icing around, fixing little details and basically saving the day when royal icing decides it doesn’t want to cooperate. 😂
