A beautiful evening celebrating the work of the Newport Tree Conservancy, a nonprofit dedicated to preserving and caring for Newport’s urban forest. We were happy to be part of the event, serving two refreshing mocktail options for guests to enjoy. ☀️🍹

On the menu we served a basil mint limeade, bright and herbaceous with a fresh citrus finish, and a guava passion fruit punch, bringing tropical flavors and a touch of sweetness to the evening. It was a wonderful gathering centered around community, conservation, and the importance of caring for our shared environment.🌲💐

There’s something special about serving great coffee with an even better view. ☕️🌊 We had the pleasure of bringing our espresso catering experience to Newport Harbor Island Resort, where we spent the day serving fresh, handcrafted espresso drinks to an amazing group of guests surrounded by the beauty of Newport Harbor.

And of course, we had to bring something new to the bar… introducing The Dark Harbor; our nitrogen-infused cold brew, smooth, bold, and made for a setting like this. From classic espresso favorites to a completely new cold brew experience, we loved being part of such a beautiful event. A huge thank you to Cohera Cohera, New England for having us and allowing us to be part of such a memorable day! 🖤⚓️☕️

Friday Flashback to this fun Fourth of July celebration! 🇺🇸✨ Our satellite bar got a festive red, white & blue makeover, complete with a few patriotic touches to set the mood for the evening.

We brought along four signature cocktails and mocktails for guests to enjoy throughout the night, because no summer celebration is complete without something refreshing in hand. 🍹❤️🤍💙

We’ve shared a lot of our larger events recently, so here’s a change of pace. ✨ This intimate Christmas dinner for 12 was a reminder that some of the best celebrations don’t need a packed venue or a long guest list, just great people gathered around one table.

As the seasons begin to change and the holidays get closer, gatherings like these become even more special. Great food, handcrafted cocktails, and plenty of conversation made for a memorable evening, and it’s exactly the kind of event that reminds us why we started this business in the first place, to be a small part of bringing people together.

Even though we’re in the middle of summer, the holiday season has a way of arriving faster than expected! 🎄☀️ Looking back at this festive event at 1170 East Custom Living in Portsmouth, RI, reminds us just how much we enjoy being part of these celebrations. Our mobile bar served handcrafted espresso martinis throughout the evening, giving guests a cozy seasonal cocktail to sip while enjoying the festivities.

From the holiday-inspired décor to the festive napkins and carefully styled bar setup, every detail came together to match the spirit of the event and create a warm, inviting atmosphere. It’s always rewarding to see guests gathering around the bar, enjoying great drinks, and making memories with friends, family, and coworkers.

What a fantastic day at the Ocean State Business Expo!  We were excited to bring our Bar on Wheels to the in Warwick and be part of an event that brought together so many incredible local businesses, entrepreneurs, and professionals. The BOW Bar had the pleasure of serving handcrafted drinks while creating a welcoming space where attendees could take a break, connect, and enjoy great conversations. Building relationships within our local business community is one of the best parts of what we do, and this event was a perfect reminder of that.

Getting everything inside was an adventure of its own, rolling the bar through hallways, up ramps, and into the expo definitely turned a few heads! It made for a memorable start to an amazing event, and we were proud to see it become part of the experience. Thank you to everyone who stopped by for a drink, shared a conversation, or connected with us throughout the day. Some events mean so much more than business to The Bow Bar, and this was one that will always hold a special place in our hearts. This gathering was held in memory of Dennis Wine, marking two years since his passing. Dennis was an incredible father, loving husband, caring brother, devoted family man, and a true friend to so many. Family, friends, and members of the community came together to celebrate his life, share stories, laugh, reflect, and remember the amazing person he was. Seeing so many people come together for him was a beautiful reminder that his memory continues to live on through everyone whose lives he touched.

The day also served as a fundraiser to donate to the Narrow River, with kayakers and visitors stopping by after seeing signs posted along the river to support the cause while remembering Dennis. Thank you to everyone who came out, shared a memory, made a donation, or simply spent the day with us. Your love and support made this day incredibly meaningful, and we know Dennis would have loved seeing everyone together. ❤️💙💛

From our home base in Newport to an exciting event in Boston, this trip marked another milestone for our team. What started as a Rhode Island mobile bar has continued to grow, giving us the opportunity to bring our signature service and handcrafted beverage experience to clients throughout the Northeast. Every event is a chance to showcase what we do while building relationships in new markets.

We were proud to set up our satellite mobile bar at Boston location for an event with . Their dedication to connecting women across industries, building meaningful relationships, and fostering leadership made this event especially inspiring. It was an honor to be part of an evening that brought together such an incredible community of women committed to supporting one another and creating opportunities for growth.

Opportunities like this remind us how far we’ve come, and we’re excited to continue expanding beyond Rhode Island and serving clients across the Northeast. Here’s to continued growth, new partnerships, meaningful events, and what’s next. 🥂

Some days are packed with planning, preparation, and long to-do lists. Other days, we get to spend some time in beautiful Newport, enjoy the sunshine, and be part of an incredible event. One of the things we love most about The Bow Bar is getting to see it in unique settings like this side street, where it fit right into the charm and character of Newport. We’re grateful for every event, every client, and every opportunity that’s helped bring this idea to life. Here’s to enjoying the journey and appreciating the moments in between. 🍾🥂

Last week, we had the privilege of serving at the grand opening of the new Newport location for and at Spring Wharf. From the stunning Owners Club to the beautiful marina, every detail reflected the craftsmanship, precision, and timeless quality that define both of our brands. We approached our bar service with that same commitment to excellence, ensuring every cocktail and guest interaction reflected the attention to detail we strive to bring to every event.

A huge thank you to for the incredible food spread that elevated the entire experience, and to .dougherty for capturing the event with amazing drone and video footage. Congratulations to , , and on this exciting new chapter and their arrival in one of the country’s most storied sailing capitals.
