Last week, we had the privilege of serving at the grand opening of the new Newport location for and at Spring Wharf. From the stunning Owners Club to the beautiful marina, every detail reflected the craftsmanship, precision, and timeless quality that define both of our brands. We approached our bar service with that same commitment to excellence, ensuring every cocktail and guest interaction reflected the attention to detail we strive to bring to every event.

Who says a coffee bar needs four walls? ☕✨

We spent the day outside with Artistry Beauty Collective in Newport serving fresh espresso drinks right from the sidewalk.

The ability to fit into almost any space is what makes our espresso bar so versatile. Every setup is built on-site and designed to adapt to the event, whether that’s inside a venue, outside a storefront, at a wedding, or in a completely unique location. For this pop-up, we brought the full coffee experience outdoors, serving handcrafted lattes and cappuccinos while using our beverage printer to create custom images directly on the foam. From personal photos to logos and custom artwork, each drink became a fun and interactive part of the experience that guests loved.

☕✨ Double the espresso bars, double the energy! This week was a special one for our team as we expanded our mobile espresso bar experience with two espresso stations serving in separate areas of the same event. From fresh espresso drinks and handcrafted lattes to cappuccinos made to order, we loved keeping guests energized and creating a welcoming space for them to connect throughout the day. It was exciting to see both bars busy serving guests and helping create a memorable experience from start to finish, with a little extra creativity added through our Ripples machine.

Last week, I had the privilege of graduating from the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program, and I’m still reflecting on what an incredible experience it was.

While the curriculum provided valuable strategies and tools, the biggest takeaway was the clarity it gave me around where The Bow Bar is headed. Our goal has never been simply to serve drinks, we’re building a hospitality brand that clients across Rhode Island and New England can rely on for exceptional experiences, whether at weddings, corporate events, fundraisers, community gatherings, or private celebrations.

What surprised me most was the impact of the people. Being surrounded by ambitious business owners, nonprofit leaders, and community builders who were all committed to growing their organizations while making a difference was inspiring. Their ideas, perspectives, and generosity challenged me to think bigger.

A special shoutout to my growth group, the G.O.A.T.S. (bahhhh 🐐)—Carmen Foy, Mike Biestek, Amanda Rolando, and Beth Leyes. I’m grateful for the support, honest feedback, and laughs along the way. .attic

Rain or shine, the party never stops with the Bow Bar. 🍸✨ As shown in the photos, our satellite bars and mobile cart setups are designed to fit seamlessly into every and any venue whether it be inside or in a difficult place to setup. Giving us the flexibility to bring the bar experience wherever the celebration takes us.

Wayback Wednesdays ✨

Set against the breathtaking backdrop of OceanCliff Hotel, this wedding was pure oceanfront elegance. From the sweeping views of Narragansett Bay to the glowing sunset over the Atlantic, every moment felt spectacular. We’re so grateful we were able to host two incredible guests, and be part of such a meaningful and unforgettable celebration.

Our mobile bar was transformed into a romantic floral centerpiece, adorned with white and blush blooms and delicate vines woven throughout the top of the bar. The soft florals paired perfectly with the waterfront scenery, creating a timeless and elegant atmosphere guests couldn’t stop admiring.

Guests enjoyed signature hand-picked favorites from our tap cart throughout the evening, including Aperol Spritzes, Negronis, Prosecco, and a refreshing Blackberry Gin Fizz. Every cocktail added to the celebration, pairing perfectly with the stunning views and unforgettable Newport wedding atmosphere. 🍹

What an unforgettable evening at Salve Regina University for the Salve Saves event! We were honored to be part of a night focused on education, awareness, advocacy, and creating a safe and supportive community for students. The event was filled with amazing energy from start to finish, with students gathering to enjoy yard games, interactive quizzes, and prize giveaways while learning more about the important mission behind Salve Saves. 📚🎓

Once everyone made their way to the Bow Bar, the excitement kept growing. Our four signature flavored mocktails were such a hit that they sold out in under two hours! The DIY garnish table quickly became a favorite feature of the night, stocked with fresh fruit, colorful candies, and fun toppings that let everyone customize their drinks and get creative. 🍬

From the moment our mobile bar rolls in, the setup becomes part of the show. 🚛✨ Whether we’re driving directly into event venues, pulling up beside wedding receptions, or rolling across grass fields at schools, parks, and festivals, guests love watching the transformation happen in real time. What makes it even better is how quick and seamless the process is. Every part of our setup is color coded, organized, and designed to fit together efficiently, allowing our team to unload, build, and have the bar event-ready within minutes.

The video featured shows Addison building the Starboard Bar satellite setup himself, giving a behind-the-scenes look at the hard work, detail, and preparation that goes into every event.🛠️

The creation of our Starboard Bar satellite bar has given us the ability to serve at any type of event or location with ease. Built for flexibility, quick assembly, and efficient service, the Starboard allows us to expand the experience beyond the main mobile bar while keeping the same energy and atmosphere guests love. Once the celebration winds down, breakdown is just as fast and organized, allowing us to leave every event space clean, simple, and stress-free from beginning to end. 🍸

With strong barista skills and a passion for creating memorable experiences, Aiden is ready to elevate every celebration and connect with guests in a meaningful way.
