We're taking your taste buds on a journey through South India with one of its most beloved culinary traditions.

ON THE MENU: MASALA DOSA!

Golden, crispy, fermented rice and lentil crepes wrapped around a beautifully spiced potato filling, served with:

🥣 SAMBAR — A fragrant, warming South Indian lentil and vegetable stew.

🌶️ TAMARIND-DATE CHUTNEY — Sweet, tangy, and deliciously tart, bringing everything together.

And of course, we're doing it in true Nomadic Kitchen FREE-FROM style!

Kittery… we’re bringing you a plateful of Brazil this market weekend.
Coxinhas are one of Brazil’s most beloved street foods — little golden, crispy croquettes traditionally filled, shaped like a teardrop, breaded and fried until gloriously crunchy.
And because this is Nomadic Kitchen, we couldn’t possibly make just one.

What began as an experiment—a fusion of ramen, music, and community—has become something we could only have dreamed of. Every bowl shared, every record spun, every conversation across the table reminds us why we started Ramen Soul in the first place.

RAMEN SOUL IS BACK — FOR AN ENCORE.
You asked. We listened.
This Friday, July 24th, Ramen Soul Lab 1.0 returns to Loaded Question Brewery for one last encore before we break for the summer.
And for Track 05, we’re heading south. Way south.

🌴 TRACK 05: BAHIA DREAMS 🌴
This month, Ramen Soul travels to the sun-soaked coast of Brazil.
Bahia Dreams is our love letter to the bold, soulful flavors of Brazilian cooking, reimagined through the lens of a Japanese ramen bowl.
Inspired by the creamy coconut richness of moqueca, the warmth of dendê oil, sweet summer corn, smoky malagueta chile, and bright citrus, this bowl brings two culinary traditions together in true Ramen Soul fashion.
Brazil leads the rhythm.
Japan adds the harmony.
The result? A bowl that’s creamy, smoky, spicy, bright — and made for summer.
And of course, it wouldn't be Ramen Soul without the records. Bring your vinyl, dig through the crates, spin a side, grab a b**r, and stay awhile.
