Stock and Spice Stock + Spice is a small market dedicated to high quality spices, freshly-ground spice blends, preserved local foods, and culinary crafts.

Stock + Spice was founded in December 2014 by Chef Evan Mallett and Denise Mallett, owners of Black Trumpet restaurant in Portsmouth, NH. It is now owned by longtime employee Paula Sullivan.
