Golden hour, poured. ✨

Late light across the table, a warm loaf, and a shallow dish of garlic-infused olive oil. Nobody's in a hurry to get up.

We start with olive oil imported from Italy and infuse it with fresh garlic. Use it to finish whatever the harvest brings: roasted squash, warm focaccia, fall greens. Or just tear the bread and dip. That counts too.

Fall evenings still belong outside: a long table on the patio, a basket of warm bread, a little dish of garlic-infused olive oil going around, and a big bowl of rigatoni with Rosalia's Sunday Gravy in the middle of it all.

Rosalia brought the recipe from Sicily in 1901, and Chef Frank has been simmering it for 59 years. It tastes like the table is full, even on a Tuesday.
