Bulk pork for sale. Here's your chance to fill your freezer where you decide the cuts and size of packages.

I have 1.5 pigs available by the half or whole. $2.50/lb plus processing. Their processing date is Oct 14th with Bucky's Meats. Your meat will be available approximately two weeks after processing. These pigs will be on the smaller side (we are thinking closer to 200 lbs). If interested, please let us know. $50 deposit to reserve your spot.

After 10 years of selling eggs, we have called it quits. All (but a few for us) of our current egg layers went to new homes yesterday. Very bittersweet as this is our last sold carton of eggs. If you have an egg credit with us, I will get your refund by the end of the month. We truly appreciated all of the support, especially as eggs prices in the store dropped significantly. This last year was our best year with customers and trust us when we say that this decision was hard, but we know it's what's best for our family. We are still farming, just shaping it towards what works best for us.

Almost all of our meat chicken orders are being filled at the mid to end of next week. I've reached out to everyone as a reminder. We can't wait to see you all, however, Oat (our dog) is sick so we are limiting his activity and visitors. I plan on having him in our basement with one of the kids (where I don't think he can hear us) as everyone picks up their orders so please give us a heads up. We don't know what's going on yet, but his symptoms fit Addison's disease and we will find out next week if that's it.

Meat chickens are growing fast and doing well. We had high heat, no power for 26 hours, and a rain/wind storm that blew off all the tops and soaked the chickens at 4am. With some family teamwork, we were able to get the chickens some fresh hay for dry bedding and all the tops back on with losing just one chicken. I'm so impressed with both kids for waking up to the storm and without question, ran outside into the rain to check on all the animals. It's been a couple years since we had a storm like that while raising meat chickens.

Reminder for everyone with orders in batch A, they get processed during the week of July 20th. Time to get your freezers ready.

Adam frost seeded our hay field and then we had those days of non-stop rain. We thought for sure that we lost our seed, however, so far, it's growing fairly even!

Adam and Mason successfully planted our corn field and our combo clover and oat fields.

We have a couple unplanned surprises we are giving a try this year. We have turkey chicks (believe it or not, we've never raised turkeys before). Then today, I came across some guinea eggs on social media and got our incubator going.

Next up, sheep shearing and preparing for the meat chicks to arrive!
