Smoked Fish has arrived! We have smoked salmon, steelhead and tuna NOW AVAILABLE in the market and it’s a must try.

Our smoked fish is tender, and full of flavor! Perfect for an afternoon snack, or as an addition to any charcuterie board.

Our in-house made jerky is a staple around here! Batches are smoked weekly and available everyday here in the market.



We’re always coming up with new jerky recipes! We currently have our staple flavors - Original, Peppered, and Teriyaki plus our recent favorite Honey Habanero and recently added a new Dill Pickle Flavor!
