Hollow Oak Farm We are Mike and Mollie Kasper, and we homestead six acres in Kaufman, TX. We keep bees, raise chickens and quail, and grow a large vegetable garden.

We have green beans, okra, fresh basil, and peppers! And donā€™t forget, we have aquaponic lettuce, eggs, and local honey! Due to the heat, we donā€™t place these items in the stand, but if you call ahead, we can have your order ready for you.
