Fresh baked bread…can you smell it?

I will be baking a few loaves in the morning and will have them at our store tomorrow. Also just made fresh batches of jam…raspberry and strawberry 🍓 Plus there are eggs in the fridge and a couple jars of jalapeño salsa.

Wednesday = Market Day in Potlatch!

Looking forward to the farmers market this afternoon…we will have our handmade soaps and lip balms plus home canned jalapeño salsa and jams!

Lots of vendors this week and great food and music…fun way to spend the afternoon!

Who loves salsa??? 🍅 🌶️ 🧅
Rod sure does and he likes his HOT 🥵 We have made and canned the same Jalapeño Salsa recipe for many years and now have some for sale! Made in small batches with all organic ingredients…tomatoes, jalapeños, onion, vinegar, garlic, cilantro, spices and salt. $9/pint jar. See us at the Potlatch Idaho Farmers Market on Wednesdays or stop in to our shop Johnson’s General Store.

Our kitchen smells amazing! Just pulled the last 2 loaves of bread from the oven. Fresh batch of strawberry jam all labeled. Getting it all ready for the farmers market in Potlatch this afternoon! A few chores yet to finish and then pack the car. Hope to see you there 🤩

Tuesdays are soapmaking days!
Just finished a batch of Alaskan Rainforest and two batches of Grams Garden. They will sit for a day or two then get cut into bars and onto the curing shelf for 3-4 weeks. We then wrap and they are ready for sale.

Opening bell is ringing at the Moscow Farmers Market!
We are setup on Main Street (just north of the kettle corn) with fresh eggs, jams, mint plants, soaps, shampoo bars, solid lotion bars and lip balms. Nice cool spring weather will make a great market day! Market is open until 1pm.

We will be at the market this week! Saturday May 23 find us at the Moscow Farmers Market on Fourth Street, near our friends with Alpine Chai and Get to Squeez’n Lemonade.

Our booth will be full of our handmade soaps, lotion bars and lip balms, plus mint plants, homemade jam. Grab some eggs fresh from the farm and make some jalapeño deviled eggs for your Memorial Day bbq…yum!

Stop by and see what we have been raising and creating. I don’t think we will be at market next week, so be sure to stock up this Saturday!
