Honey Hill Organic Farm We are located in the driftless region of Wisconsin. We offer a CSA to Madison, Platteville, Hazel Green, Potosi, Galena, East Dubuque and Dubuque.

People of Potosi/Cassville! I ask you to please please make your voice heard! There is talk of a data center wanting to be built in our area. This would bring NO value to the citizens of this area. Don’t believe the lies of associated high paying jobs. Once these facilities are built they take very few employees to maintain. The construction would be outsourced similar to the solar farm. These companies are coming for our natural resources. Do we want to become like western states where we have to ration water? There is not enough public information available to make a sound decision on how this would truly impact us all, but it will not be in our benefit. The ones that are telling us that there is nothing to worry about, that society will benefit from this are the ones making money off of these projects. Please talk to your elected officials and ask them not to allow this in our part of the state. We do not need to accept this.
