Well hello there! πWe are waking up with our trees and have been busy getting our season started. A lot has happened since our last season, and it was uncertain if we were even going to make maple syrup this season (!). Thankfully, we were@able to squeeze in some time this March, albeit at a reduced capacity. We may have a limited run this year but guarantee it will be up to our same high standard!
Swipe to see some of the cleanup of the damage to our sugarbush from a fierce windstorm this winter. It was rather extensive! We also installed a little valve as we are going to be tapping just half of our trees this year as well - giving both those trees and ourselves a bit of rest and recovery this season. More soon- we tap this weekend! π
