First and foremost, a massive THANK YOU to everyone who came out to support us last night! The energy was incredible, the beer was fantastic, and we are so grateful to the Ausable Brewing crew for having us.
As this was only our second official event, we are still working out a few of the kinks and fine-tuning our groove in the mobile kitchen. We know the lines got a bit long at times, and we want to sincerely apologize for any extended wait times last night.
Thank you all for your incredible patience, kindness, and constructive feedback while we find our rhythm. Every single order helps us get faster, smoother, and better for the next one!

We are beyond excited to share that things are officially moving along. We couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible support system behind us.

A massive shout-out to our family and PAPA Duke's BBQ! They’ve graciously offered to share their space with us while we build our brand and find our footing. We’re so honored to be slinging our favorites alongside their legendary setup.

Had two guest taste testers for some chorizo tacos with pineapple salsa today. The sweet heat pairing was fantastic and complemented with Oaxaca and cotija cheese. They also requested our Full Cort sauce to finish.

The feedback goes a long way to determining the combinations we want to provide to the public. We are hopeful our next updates provide more than just food pictures and another step towards serving you!

Nothing beats a warm Saturday like fresh, vibrant flavors. Today we experimented with Blackened Red Snapper Tacos on gluten-free corn tortillas, topped with a bright mango salsa and a sprinkle of salty cotija cheese.

Most of you know us, but for any new folks we may gain along the way, we’d like to introduce ourselves!

We are Cortney and Eric, living our best life with our 2 kiddos, 6 chickens, a dog (soon to be back up to 2 😉) and a cat in the good ole Adirondack mountains of upstate, NY. We work together at a local school district, will always have a game of some kind on (or golf) and we think of ourselves as amateur foodies.

Cort is the coffee connoisseur, always looking to better her latte art and come up with creative recipes. Eric is the taco visionary, on a quest for the ultimate tortilla and the best complimentary sauces.

We’ve slowly been working on perfecting our craft, hence the constant taco and coffee posts on our personal socials 🤣, but now we couldn’t be more excited for our community to finally get a taste!!

Our vacation is winding down which means our next steps are prepping a menu, meeting with vendors for equipment & products needs & chatting with local small business groups, so we can be ready to bring the full cort press to your taste buds 🌮☕️
