We had a great opening day at the Frisco Rotary Farmers Market last Saturday. Rain held off and the weather was great. This week looks good also. Rain should blow through earlier in the morning.
We will feature our pork chops and tenderized round steak this week. Pork chops are back due to the demand at $5.99/ lb. 1/2", 1", jand 1.5" thickness.
Tenderized round steak is a versatile cut. Most know for great chicken or country fried steak. Harvest at the Masonic, Rick's Chophouse, Emily's Kitchen in Denison, and The Point Restaurant all feature this delicious cut on their menus from here at the ranch.
9-1 pm every Saturday til December. Come out, Scott will have breakfast and probably some chicken fried steak and gravy for lunch.
