Today is our last day at the Phoenixville Farmers Market.

Market management received a complaint that our specialty croissants were too similar to another vendor’s products. We’ve been told we can no longer sell  them (after we had already started all our prep for the market) so we’re choosing to give our pastries away today rather than let them go to waste!

These pastries — the ones you brave the rain for — are the result of real creativity and craft: laminated doughs, unexpected flavor combinations, and techniques you won’t find just anywhere. They’ve become a significant part of our brand, and continuing without them simply isn’t viable for us.

This isn’t goodbye — not even close. We are so grateful for every single one of you who has shown up for us, rain or shine, over the past 8 years. Your loyalty and love for what we make means everything to us.

We’d love to see you at our brick-and-mortar, and keep an eye out for our upcoming pop-ups and our new home at the Downingtown Farmers Market on Saturdays starting May 30. The best is still ahead, and we can’t wait to keep creating for you ❤️
