Mad hippie is considered a clean beauty brand and it receives a great score on the yuka app. This company also makes an effort to use glass containers instead of plastic, which makes my worms happy! Microplastics in the soil will change the structure and water-retention capacity, kill off healthy microbes, and bio-accumulate in the food web and become absorbed through the root systems of crops... ultimately having a negative impact on humans.
