From design table to startup day. A complete MBBR system delivered in Northern Italy 🇮🇹
SSI Aeration recently supplied a MBBR system for a major Food & Beverage manufacturer in Northern Italy.
This project was engineered as a fully integrated solution, combining process design, equipment selection, and startup support to meet the customer’s operational and performance goals.
System highlights included:
• ECD270-P disc diffuser aeration system with coated membranes designed for longer lifespan and improved fouling resistance
• Retrievable grids for easy installation and maintenance
• SSI MBBR media engineered to work with fine bubble aeration, supporting efficient oxygen transfer and stable biological performance
Our Italian team supported the project from early design through commissioning, working closely with the customer every step of the way to ensure a smooth startup and reliable long-term operation.
