Duck's nest popcorn is a gourmet snack made on location at "the Duck's nest" inside Slippery Pig Brewery, located on the waterfront in Downtown Poulsbo. Our small batch popcorn is cooked in a blend of Clarified butter and, Coconut oil before being seasoned and sealed in tear off notch zipper bags. Our standard base seasoning (SaltenPepper) is a blend of salts, smoked salt, black pepper, mustard seed and a hint of lemon or orange peel. reoccuring flavors include :
"Everything but the bagel"
"Yeast mode"
(Nutritional yeast, Paprika, coconut sugar)
"The Golden child" (Curry Parmesan)
"Curry Krack" (Curry powder and Ginger syrup)
"Dark chocolate Curry Krack"
Lazer cheese
Hatchback (hatch green chili, cheese)
I like big butters (no salt added)
