We were working on coming out tomorrow with stir fry and cinnamon rolls, instead I have to announce that I am shutting Wokcraft down. I was unable to complete my prep for the market tomorrow because another Farm Kitchen user, Jaime of Cafe Rendezvous, decided occupy my reserve kitchen time/space and equipment. This has been reoccuring with other issues and I simply can not afford to run business like this. Sorry everyone.

Some of you may have notice that we are on the vendor list this weekend at the Poulsbo Farmers Market. Yes, we will be there, however, we only have a couple items. Sorry, no stir fried noodles this round, although, we plan to offer that on the Sept 5th Market during kids day. For now the Chefs daughter is in training. We will have Ube cinnamon rolls and Kalamansi juice for certain if she doesn't consume it all before the market tomorrow.

If I can find some extra time (if thats a thing) I will try to prep some other things for tomorrow. But, as mentioined we will be there with limited Ube Cinnamon rolls and Kalamansi drinks.

I know several have been waiting to hear from us. First off, thank you all for your condolences on my uncles passing. But, after his passing I had done a bit of soul searching.

I've been cooking professionally for almost 20 years now. I love cooking for those who enjoy what I cook up. However, prior to my uncles passing, honestly, I started to feel a bit burn out with several stress factors contributing to that. My uncle just threw the brakes on my way of life. Taking it all in I decided to take some time off. In that time off I found something else that has helped me heal, putting more of my time into homesteading/farming.

With that said I have decided to make Wokcraft not my main priority right now and to just focus my time on the farm at this point in time. I love the culinary arts, but really the community needs more local farms right now than ever, and I feel thats a new calling for me.

We are looking forward to coming to the market with our farm produce soon. As far as Wokcraft and myself cooking, I may come out there with a smaller menu on occasion just to settle some taste buds, however, as mention my time is focused on the farm. I will at least use this page to communicate if we plan something in the future , but for now don't expect Wokcraft unless something is posted here on our page.

I am sorry to inform you all that we will not be operating for awhile. Just a few days ago I lost a very close uncle. Our family is taking some time away from business as we work through this difficult moment in our lives. Thank you all for your understanding.

Well Wednesday was a freustrating day for some of us with the hail. For those who were surprised by the weather it caught a lot of us off guard. We lost 75% of our row crops. 🥶😣😵

Just a heads up to everyone looking for us and our expected operations at the Poulsbo Farmers Market. We plan on being at the Poulsbo Farmers Market on the First Saturday and Third Saturday each month up through September. We are currently busy on a big project this year, our Farm. If anything changes we will let you all know!
