Looking to fill your freezer with beef? We have a few quarters, and halves available. A 1/4 is anywhere from 120-125 pounds of beef and is $1,000. A 1/2 is 240-250 pounds and $2,000. We are nearing the end of our butcher dates for the 2025 season. What does that mean? We won’t have any 1/2’s or 1/4’s available until summer of 2026. All of our beef is born and raised on our farm and the next group won’t be ready to be harvested until next year.
