We’ve been MIA for a bit, settling in and forming new routines. But we’re loving Faiths new home - it’s only 5 minutes from my house so that’s magical. And she’s already gained so much weight back - it’s amazing what a difference a diet change & access to well-maintained pastures can make. SOON, we’ll start exercising and getting her top line back and beautiful lol. So grateful for this new season 💛

F I V E D A Y S

Our last day camp of the year is five days away!! We still have a few spots open, so make sure to register by Thursday, June 9th at 9pm.

This day camp will be 5 hours on June 11th (9am-2pm), $50 per participant with $10 OFF each sibling.

GREAT NEWS!!!

Leap of Faith Animal Education, LLC is putting on ONE more day camp before we go on a "hiatus". Join us June 4th, 9am-2pm for this super fun, exciting SUMMER BASH! $50 per participant, $10 OFF each sibling, $5 bring a friend discount. TELL ALL OF YOUR FRIENDS!

Come learn more about creation, Jesus, and say "see ya later" to Miss Faithy Waithy. She is going to miss her lil campers, but this is what is needed for this season of our lives.

To elaborate a little further about our "hiatus"... towards the end of June, Faith will be moved to a new facility, YAY! but we will not be able to do camps there. The new facility is SO close to my house, so I will get to save money on gas, as well as board/rent, & I will get to see Faith every single day. As Faith gets older, I want to be able to spend as much time with her as possible. This season will also allow room for God to continue to work in my heart and grow my passion for this dream, give me fresh perspective / ideas, and just allow Faith and I to rest and bond even more.

We have so enjoyed this season / adventure, and we know this isn't the end! We just want to have one more day with you guys! Stay tuned for any more updates about this camp. Follow the link in our bio or below to REGISTER!!! YAY

"I asked the Lord to give me this boy, and he has granted my request. Now I am giving him to the Lord, and he will belong to the Lord, and he will belong to the Lord his whole life." 1 Samuel 1:27-28

There are countless scriptures about giving back to the Lord what is rightfully his, and sometimes I think we mostly assume its about money... but what about our possessions, time, energy... our answered prayers?

In 1 Samuel, we see Hannah long for a child and cry out to God in anguish. She desired her own child for so long... while watching her husbands other wife have multiple children... I can imagine when he did "finally" answer her prayer, she could've held on so tightly to that child and maybe even ignored the fact that it was a blessing from God... but she remained faithful and dedicated him back to the Lord. This applies to any blessing from the Lord - any answered prayer.

How are you giving God not only your money... but your dreams, ambitions, possessions, time... trusting him to bless it EVEN MORE!?

God doesn’t make promises to turn back on His word, to take things away, or keep us from anything…

He is a man of his word. He gives good things to those who love him, and he finishes EVERY good work!

the question is… are we delighting in those promises, our dreams, that relationship, that job, that ministry position..? Or are we delighting in and surrendering to the Lord, his ways, his timing…? It’s easier said than done, but so so worth it! The freedom and peace in surrendering to a Father that knows and wants what’s best for us is craaaazy!!

Let’s delight ourselves in our loving God, and see how he unfolds the rest

Sometimes you just need to pause, rest, reset, and see what God wants to do / wants you to do next...

Leap of Faith Animal Education, LLC is doing just that - we will be postponing any day camps until further notice. Feel free to stay connected via Facebook & Instagram, though, as we will try to maintain a steady social feed with fun facts, silly stories, and scripture.

If you saw our story on Monday, and you've been wondering what the vet was doing to Faith... here ya go! Faith was getting her teeth "floated" -

Since horses teeth are continually growing, sometimes they can form sharp edges in different places in their mouths. While their eating habits / grinding while they chew help to wear down those sharp edges, sometimes they need extra help. That's where the vet comes in with their "float", which is basically a long metal piece connected to a drill with a file / rasp at the tip. This allows the vet to safely reach all those sharp spots in the horses mouth & file them down. The nerve endings are very low in their teeth and they're sedated during the process, so the horse is not in pain.

Sometimes those sharp edges on the horses teeth will affect their eating habits and cause them to drop weight, so its important to make sure their teeth are properly maintained!
