Tina requested the original recipe: French vanilla & almond pound cake with a fusion of buttercream icing and cream cheese icing (also vanilla/almond) - super yum.😋

We originally planned just simple icing since it was just for them, but I decided to decorate reminiscent of the original wedding cake just for fun.

That icing loves to slide (definitely not a decorator's buttercream!) but it may be the tastiest cake I make! 😋🍰
..although🤔
my strawberry poke cake 🍓 and chocolate fudge ganache🍫 are worthy competitors!

oh! ..and lemonade pound cake🍋

🤷🏻‍♀️I give up. I can't decide. I love them all!

Pumpkin cupcakes with cinnamon caramel cream cheese icing. These were amazing and the icing was a happy accident from realizing at the last minute I had no powdered sugar and would have to create a cooked icing. It was divine!😋🧁🎃

Yep, I'm one of THOSE people... the pumpkin spice everything in Fall kind of people 🎃😋 Easiest pumpkin chocolate chip muffins ever and so yummy!!!

Preheat oven to 350°
1 box yellow cake mix
1 can pumpkin puree (15oz)
Cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice to taste (I always wing it, but my best guess is about 2 tsp cinnamon & 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice)
1-1.5 cups chocolate chips

Bake @350° about 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

*You can also skip the spices for a 2 ingredient cake by using spice cake mix instead (but I prefer the yellow so I can decide the perfect spice combo)😁👍❤
