Are you looking to take your holiday baking to the next level? Then you should try what ducks have to offer, especially at our altitude ducks will take your baking to the next level. Lets put it this way, I have to eat gluten free, I have taken cookies and pumpkin rolls into work, people have no clue they are gluten free, and I can attest it is strictly do to the ducks. Plenty available!!!!

So what does one do when they are awake all night and have a plethora of duck eggs, well I experiment…. So salt cured egg yolks, pickled eggs (now I have never actually tasted pickled eggs so it’s something new to experience but hey why not right?!?!) So leftover pickling brine….. I pickled jalapeños, and onions, why? Again why not!!!! Future things coming!
