Well, look what finally decided to show up at Southern Dreams Farm!

After one HOT and DRY summer, our 🍄 Shiitake mushrooms have finally decided it's time to start fruiting again! And boy, are we happy to see them!

We've been patiently waiting, and Mother Nature has rewarded us with a beautiful harvest!

We have approximately 10+ POUNDS of fresh Shiitake mushrooms ready for pickup!

These beauties are farm-grown, freshly harvested, and absolutely delicious! Perfect for sautéing in butter and garlic, adding to your favorite dishes, or even drying or freezing for later.

Our first picking of blueberries on June 13 was only 1 pound 9 ounces. Yesterday was 5 lbs. 7 oz. I’m sure after this rain we will have plenty more. They are located in the honor refrigerator on the side of the porch.
