6 Years of Dawn at QWS! 🤩
Six years. A lot of phone calls. A lot of customers. A lot of different hats. And somehow, Dawn has managed to make each one her own!
Today we’re celebrating 6 years of Dawn at Quality Water Specialists! 🥳
When Dawn first joined the QWS team, she started in our Water Treatment Division as a delivery route scheduler. Since then, she’s taken on more roles than we can probably fit into one post — including making her way to our Pool & Spa Division.
Today, Dawn keeps busy as our Bullfrog Spas Customer Service Representative and Marketing Specialist, while also holding down the front desk! She’s often one of the first friendly faces our customers see and one of the familiar voices they hear when they give us a call.
Over the past six years, Dawn has brought a little bit of everything to QWS — creativity, enthusiasm, positivity, problem-solving, and plenty of personality. She has a knack for finding solutions, making people feel welcome, and bringing some fun into the workday along the way. 😉
We’re pretty lucky to have someone who has grown through so many different roles with us and continues to bring new ideas and energy to the team.

Today we’re celebrating Giselle’s first full year with Quality Water Specialists, and what a year it’s been! 🥳!
As a Water Treatment Customer Service Representative and Dispatcher, Giselle plays a big part in keeping things moving behind the scenes. She’s helping customers, coordinating schedules, answering questions, solving problems, and making sure our technicians and delivery drivers have what they need to get the job done.
And while her first year hasn’t always been easy, Giselle has handled her fair share of challenges, including navigating some seriously shorthanded days in her department. Through it all, she’s continued to show up, keep things moving, and most importantly, serve our customers with a smile. That kind of dedication doesn’t go unnoticed! Giselle brings a great combination of humor, dedication, and a genuine eagerness to learn to the QWS team.
We’re proud of everything she has accomplished in her first year and excited to see where the next one takes her!
