Yeah! We’ve started picking our Honeycrisp this year! They are definitely ripening faster than normal so we’re a few weeks earlier than usual with this delicious crisp and juicy variety.

Meet Frank! He’s my father-in-law and it was his dream that planted the first Lapacek’s Orchard. He’s 77 now and still picks apples every day (and sorts them and does whatever needs done!) Enjoy this litter interview my daughter Mercedi Lapacek did with him.
