I’ve been trying my hand at making dandelion tea made from Young dandelion plants that have not yet flowered which is supposed to taste the best! I’ve also made dandelion jelly from the flowers for the first time ever. The jelly truly tastes like honey and the tea leaves paired with Manuka honey is a delight! In addition, it has a plethora of health benefits that include support of liver function, soothes the digestive tract , and provides deep support for the immune system.
