A closer look at harvest. 🍇

Ever wonder how a grape harvester actually works?

As the harvester moves down each row, the vines pass through the center of the machine, where flexible rods gently shake the vines and jostle the ripe grapes free. The grapes are then collected and carried along with the harvester, ready for their next stop at the w**ery.

It’s a fascinating bit of machinery—and an important part of harvest here at Wollersheim.

🍇 Harvest has begun!

Today marks the start of our 2026 grape harvest at Wollersheim.

Our mechanical harvester moves through the vineyard, gently shaking the vines so the ripe grapes fall free and can be collected—one of the first steps in their journey from vineyard to bottle.

There’s a lot of work ahead, but there’s nothing quite like seeing the first grapes of the season come in.

Now THAT’S how you send off summer. ☀️🎶🍷

Our final Summer Serenade of 2026 was one to remember. The music was fantastic, the Bistro was buzzing, the W**e Garden was full of friends, and more than a few people found their way onto the dance floor—including Philippe. 💃🕺

Thank you to Bob’s Your Uncle and Gin, Chocolate & Bottle Rockets for an incredible afternoon and evening of music, and to everyone who came out to eat, drink, dance, laugh and enjoy one more Wisconsin summer evening with us.

We took way too many photos. Here are a few of our favorites.

Two Labels, One W**e. 🍷

The preseason is underway, the first field goals are through the uprights, and our Bourbon Barrel Aged Cabernet Sauvignon is ready for game day—including our special Lambeau Edition bottle.

This bold, full-bodied Cabernet is finished for seven months in our own Two Mile Bourbon barrels, bringing together w**emaking, distilling and a little Wisconsin football tradition.

Whether you choose the green and gold or our classic Wollersheim label, there’s something special inside.

Fire up the grill, open a bottle and get ready for the season ahead.

Tomorrow is our final Summer Serenade of 2026, and the Bistro has a special menu ready for the occasion!

Come hungry for the Bistro Gyro, Lobster & Shrimp Roll, Mango Shrimp Martini, Shrimp & Mango Wrap and more, alongside Wollersheim w**e, cocktails and spirits.

We’re open starting at 11 AM, with live music throughout the afternoon and evening:

🎵 Gin, Chocolate & Bottle Rockets | W**e Garden | 4:30–7:30 PM

The Bistro will be serving through 7:30 PM, so settle in, grab dinner and enjoy one last Summer Serenade with us.

From grape, to barrel, to bourbon barrel. 🍇🥃🍷

Our Bourbon Barrel Aged Cabernet Sauvignon begins with 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, traditionally fermented on the skins before aging for 8 months in American oak.

But that’s only the beginning.

The w**e then spends another 7 months in our own Two Mile Bourbon barrels, bringing together our w**emaking and distilling traditions in one bottle. The result is a robust, full-bodied Cabernet with layers reminiscent of toast, bourbon and dark chocolate.

It’s w**e shaped by the barrel twice—and a bottle that could only come from a place that’s both a w**ery and a distillery.

This trio of award-winning singer-songwriters brings together tight harmonies, guitars, bass, and a wide-ranging mix of favorites from artists like Fleetwood Mac, The Beatles, America, Simon & Garfunkel, Crosby, Stills & Nash, and more.
