Is our coffee organic? Good question. 🤔

With every coffee we source, we try our best to ensure it’s organic and ethically grown. For some regions and countries, this is easy because of the standards and pride they take in their coffee. For others, that’s more difficult say with 100% certainty because of their harvest and production methods.

But we can promise you this… every coffee we sell has been tasted for defects and to ensure every cup you drink, is the healthiest and best tasting cup you’ll find.

☕️ COFFEE EDUCATION TUESDAY: Let’s talk for a few minutes about coffee production.

Let’s start with the basics: coffee is a fruit 🤯🍒

But to get it where we can roast it, it has to be harvested and processed before making its away around the world to our Roastery.

And depending on where the coffee is coming from and which farmer grew the coffee, the production can vary wildly. And each production decision does have an impact in the final flavor, intensity, acidity, etc. that goes into your cup of joe.

And the production game is getting more experimental year after year to try and make new mind-blowing coffees (remember how big co-ferments were in 2025: I.e. JOLLY JAVA)

There’s definitely no right or wrong way to produce coffee. What matters most is it being sustainable without dramatically impacting the way coffee is supposed to taste.

So next time you brew a cup of just know… there’s a lot of care and attention that goes into it before we even roast it.
