2026 maple season was a great one. We put all new tubing in the woods this year. The season was long with cold spells in between so we could wash barrels and sap tank to keep it fresh. We bottled more syrup then we ever had before. We also bottled some aged maple bourbon from a bourbon Krooked Tusker Distillery barrel. Best tasting bourbon maple. We enjoyed family time around the evaporator in the evenings and some family dinners. Yesterday we pulled taps and have started the washing and end of season clean up. We Thankful and proud to have some of our syrup for sale at Krooked Tusker Distillery.
