Mimi's just received fresh berries from CA., Blueberries, Blackberries, Raspberries & Strawberries! Even dark plums, (still in the fridge!) We love fresh cut Fruit!! Making jams & jellies insures we can still enjoy fruit products in the late summer & fall when the fresh fruit season is over.....back to the Kitchen! Oh also, scripture in John 15:5 reminds us that He [ God ] is the vine and We are the branches, be fruit bearers and share his Love through his Son, Jesus!! Blessings!

SUMMER is quickly approaching! So, your kids having a great Jam or Jelly with low sugar, no preservatives, no fillers....parring up with favorite butters, is a quick and healthy way to give them a nutritional lunch, to have at home or pack for those events at the beach, swimming pool, or picnic in the park!! I recall taking PBS to school to drop for our Grands when they forgot to take lunch or they just preferred it to what was being served at school. Yes, adults enjoy them too! I know I do! Mimi
